James E. Tripp

	James E. Jim Tripp, age 62, of Lake Worth, Florida, died Monday at 6:05 a.m. in JFK Hospital in Atlantis, Fla.
	He was born September 7, 1939 at Hallidayboro, the son of Ira and Eva Akins Tripp.  On November 24, 1985, he was married to Candace Kreshock.
	He was an Air Force veteran, a Carpenter and member of the Carpenters Union.  He was an avid golfer and deep sea fisherman and had worked in Vietnam after the war.  He loved Jesus and his family.
	He is survived by his wife Candace Tripp of Lake Worth; a son, Mark Tripp of Moreno, Calif. and two daughters, Eva Alfred and Armanda Tripp, both of Moreno, Calif.; a step-son, Anthony Ferriera of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and two step-daughters, Kim Ferriera of Ft. Lauderdale and Christine Clark of Lake Worth; four grandchildren; five brothers, Jack of Colp, Paul of Herrin, George of Edgefield, S.C., William of Lake Worth and John of Dowell; four sisters, Mary Stewart of Elkville, Genette Jackovich of Mt. Vernon, Ruth Sills of DuQuoin and Betty Mik of Mulkeytown and several special nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
	Funeral services were Friday at 1 p.m. in Crain Funeral Home Pleasant Grove Chapel with Rev. David Morgan officiating.  Interment with full military honors was in Hallidayboro Cemetery by American Legion, VFW and Disabled Veterans Honor Guard.
	Visitation was after 11 a.m. Friday at Crain Funeral Home Pleasant Grove Chapel
